I've been thinking about pattern, because the summer homework for an intermittent textiles course I do was the single word 'Repetition'. That raised a number of questions. Are all patterns repetitive? Does repetition automatically make a pattern? What is repetiton anyway? Answers on a postcard please.
In the mean time I'll carry on enjoying natural patterns, as well as more formal ones, although I don't seem to have many photos of those.
