actually it was warmer in the Antarctic (40s and as high as 52) than it was at home the two weeks I was gone.

What a great adventure! Glad to know it wasn't too cold - winter here, summer there. Those ice bergs look really big!
some of them were absolutely huge. we saw one that was horizontal with prefectly square corners that looked like a WalMart distribution center.
