I almost forgot the most obvious for us. My husband is addicted to fishing for these little fish through the whitebait season which runs from August 15th to November 30th in New Zealand. He has had a good season and we have many packs in our freezer. He also gives a lot away. However he is home now helping me recover from knee surgery but still managing to go out for a few hours of fishing every few days.
