Thanks for the nice comments on my photos. In answer to Sandy’s question about the drop shadow round the photos – I write my posts in Windows Live Writer, not Blogger, [because I got fed up with Blogger] – and it lets you do some interesting things with your pictures.

And the tree photo was helped a little bit – it was Picasa’s ‘I’m feeling lucky’ button.
