Hmmm, new to the blogging game here so please bear with me as I try this out.  Summer for me is the time to refresh, rejuvenate and psych myself up for another school year.  Thinking a lot about the number four.  I am sixty one; four years to go until retirement and unlimited time to quilt.

Yellow, orange and green are the colors of summer; hot, bright and sunny.  Lemons,  limes and oranges with a splash of cherry for emphasis.  I visualize pinwheels spinning against a Carolina blue sky.  (The state not the school; I'm a Duke fan myself!)  Gotta go find my collection of colored pencils and pad of graph paper; I feel a quilt coming!  New grand nephew in August and two pregnant colleagues; quilt ideas are always welcome.
